What is your return policy?
If you have made a purchase through the website you can return your item under certain conditions. It must be unused or unopened, providing there is no other damage I will accept returns. Buyer pays postage. If the item is not what you requested or is faulty, a refund will be issued.
A return request must be sent through the Contact page within two days of package arrival. eBooks are excluded from this deal.
Do you offer gift discounts?
Discounts are regularly offered on the site, but if you wish to buy bulk items please contact me directly to sort out a reasonable price for you.
if you are looking for a discount to present as a gift, I can also offer promo codes on request.
What are the payment options?
We have a variety of payment options, however, primarily through this main site the payment method is PayPal. If you wish to purchase through another method please head to the About page to find out where else these titles are available for purchase.
How do I check my order status?
Please note that all digital products should be delivered immediately or within a 24/48 hour period.
If you have paid for tracking and you are not able to search for your package via the courier site, please use the Contact page and paste your tracking details to let us know.
If you purchased standard delivery please note that some books require production prior to shipping, however please let us know if after 30 days you still have not received your package.
